YMCA Rules and Regulations

The YMCA is a private, not-for-profit membership organization. We reserve the right to deny service to any person for any reason. Membership or guest privileges may be revoked at any time for failure to abide by the YMCA policies and procedures.

Membership Card Policy

To ensure the best service to our members, we have a "No card, No entry" policy. Everyone is required to show their YMCA Membership Card to gain entrance to the facility, so please bring your YMCA card on every visit to prevent delay. Should you not have your card with you, you may be delayed while your membership is verified and while you fill out a "forgotten card" registration. There is a $5.00 charge to replace a lost card.

Swim Lesson Building Policy

All parents/guardians are asked to stay in the building during swim lesson classes. If an emergency arises, we must be able to contact the parent/ guardian in order to perform first aid on a child. Parents/guardians that work-out at the YMCA fitness areas are asked to stay where building loud speakers can be heard (please no headphones while working out).
Parent/guardians are asked to show up at least five minutes early for you child’s classes. This will help in getting your child ready and to class on time. It disrupts the class if you are late. Parent/guardians are asked to please follow YMCA rules regarding ages of children left in aquatic facility alone. Please make sure you are at the pool by the end of the lesson period.
Thank you for your cooperation. With your help our swim lesson programs will always be a success.
