Pools will close 15 minutes early if no patrons are in the facility!
The Whirlpool will follow pool facility closing.
When swim lessons are not in session, we will schedule this time as open.
Description of Pool Activities
*Free to YMCA Members
Lap – Lap Swim available for members 16 years and older unless
approved by the Aquatic Director.
WW – Water Walking – Low impact exercise designed to strengthen
muscles and increase cardiovascular health. May be done in either deep or
shallow end.
AquaCardio -
Monday-Friday 9:00-10:00 a.m.
Aqua Cardio for participants of all ages and levels.
Mon-Wed-Fri 1:00-2:00 p.m.
Water aerobics for low impact.
Monday & Wednesday 6:00-7:00 p.m. Friday 5:30 - 6:30 p.m.
Aqua Cardio for participants of all ages and levels.
Open - Youth and Adult swim.

Swim Team – For youth age 5-18 years of age. Participants must
be able to swim 1 length of the lap pool
before joining.
Lessons - For youth 6 months and older
Morning classes – 3 years and older – June – August
Evening classes – 6 months and older
Definitions of Pool Abbreviations
LAP / WW – Lap Swim & Water Walking in lap pool.
AQUACISE / WW – Aquacise & Water Walking in lap pool.
OPEN / LAP / WW – Open Swim, Lap Swim & Water Walking in lap
pool.
LESSONS / LAP / WW – Swim Lessons, Lap Swim, & Water Walking in
lap pool.
LESSONS / AQUACISE – Swim Lessons & Aquacise classes in lap
pool.
LESSONS / OPEN – Swim Lessons in play / slide pool. Fountain
pool available for open swim.
