YMCA Membership
Types of Membership:
Adult:
One individual eighteen years or older.
Family:
Two individuals, married, with or without children.
Children twenty-two years of age and under that are unmarried and living at
home, or attending college full time (minimum of twelve hours) are included
in the membership.
Single Parent/Family:
Must be widowed, divorced or unmarried.
Sr. Citizen Individual:
One individual sixty-five years of age or older.
Sr. Citizen Couple:
One spouse must be sixty five years or older to be eligible for the couple’s
rate.
Youth:
9 years old to teen. Youth under 6 qualify for a program membership.
Teen:
One teen age 16 through high school graduate age.
College Student:
One individual twenty-two years of age and under. Must provide proof that he/she
is enrolled in at least twelve hours.

Membership Rates Effective 1/01/2008
* All new Memberships (except Teen and Youth Memberships) pay a $65.00
Joiner Fee at time of sign up.
** All Memberships will pay a pro rated amount at time of signup.

Cash - Check - Visa - Master Card - Bank Draft/Automatic Bank Draft
Automatic Bank Draft/Continuous Payment:
Payment is made by Bank Draft. Drafts are processed on day 15 of each month.
This membership is continuous unless canceled by the member. All cards must be
turned in upon cancellation. A $20.00 service charge will be charged on all
returned bank drafts and checks.
Cancellation:
A $20.00 cancellation fee will be charged should the member cancel within the
first year.
Liability Information:
Liability:
The Denny Price Family YMCA assumes no responsibility for injuries or illnesses
of members and/or guests resulting from poor physical condition, observation or
participation in any activity or use of the YMCA facilities or equipment.
Insurance:
It is the responsibility of each YMCA member and/or guest to provide their own
accident and health coverage while participating in all YMCA activities. The
YMCA does not provide any accident or health insurance for its participants.
Medical:
In the event of sickness or serious injury, the YMCA will obtain medical
attention for any YMCA member and/or guest. The member and/or guest will be held
responsible for any expenses resulting from special medical treatment,
prescriptions or hospital care.
Property Loss:
The YMCA is not responsible for personal property lost, damaged or stolen while
members and/or guests are using the YMCA facilities or YMCA program premises.
You may bring your own lock to secure your valuables.
