Spinning:
The Spinning exercise program is like bringing your outdoor bike indoors. It’s a
workout that combines relaxation with exhilaration. No matter what your
experience or ability,
there is a spinning class for you. Whether you’re a
beginner or an advanced cyclist, you can ride at your own pace to have a workout
that is right for you. Check out a hear rate monitor at the front desk for
class. Always bring a water bottle.
Step:
A high energy, low impact class involving the use of an adjustable height step.
Great moves with a challenging workout.
Rep Reebok:
Rep Reebok is a safe, effective strength training activity that can be done in a
group. Rep Reebok is a muscle definition program, that is simple and effective
in improving muscular strength.
Pilates:
An increasingly popular form of “mind-body” exercise that helps improve core
muscle strength, flexibility, balance and posture.
Kickboxing:
What a workout! A cardio class with defense type moves. You use bags and gloves
to help burn calories and relieve stress!
Intermediate Yoga:
Join us as we guide you through a series of yoga poses. Increase flexibility,
strength & range of motion. You’ll cultivate peace of mind.
Yoga:
Increase flexibility and strength without staining joints. Designed for the
beginner exerciser.
Ball Blast:
Experience an intense yet fun workout by combining unique sequences of ball
exercises together to create a challenging workout. Ball training heightens
postural awareness, spinal stabilization and trunk strengthening. This class
will give you a total body workout.
Turbo Kick:
A high energy class choreographed with martial arts type moves. The great music
makes the class seem like a party! Turbo Kick is designed for every fitness
level.
Boot Camp:
An intense non-stop workout consisting of cardio, strength and endurance
exercises. Boot camp will bring your workout to a new level.
Circuit Workout:
A total body workout designed to maximize your time. Cardio and strength
training add great variety to your workout.
